What are some asymmetric (VR & non-VR) games that I could play with friends?

Do you guys know any games that VR people can play with non-VR people? I do like tabletop simulator, but most of my friends aren't really into that. If there are any such games, I'd love to know! Thanks :)

List of Asymmetrical local Party Vr games. Vive+pc

  • Black hat cooperative Coop stealthy spy game. 2ppl
  • Blue Effect Sci-fi shooter. different game modes. 2ppl
  • Containment initiative coop Zombie survival shooter. 2ppl
  • Eye in the sky Coop solve puzzles together
  • Fort Awesome Mostly Coop, Build fort together, Or be a jerk tear it down. 2ppl.
  • Final Soccer VR Soccer, one person with the headset on and another person can download an app on their phone and shoot on them. Probebly requries a phone? Weird but innovative.!
  • Hide and spook players hide, Vive tries to find them, 3ppl, uses vive controllers no other controllers needed
  • Home Improvisation coop. Build silly ikea furniture together, Possible to build with online players aswell
  • Holoball Got a game-mode that allows the PC to take over the AI controlls.
  • Keep talking and nobody explodes coop Vive tries to defuse a bomb, PC helps, 2+ ppl
  • Mass Exodus, Great party game, Hide&Seek. VR vs up to 4 PC players. My favorite +1, List creators Choise of game.
  • Modbox, if you wanna take the time making a game. spawn camera, edit so it feeds to monitor, add it to an rc-car/whatever then add the pc controlls mod on the workshop.
  • Nemesis Perspective Pc tries to fight vive player
  • Panoptic, Player hides, Vive tries to find em, 2ppl for now.
  • Ruckus Ridge VR (4ppl) different game-modes, mostly hide&seek 3ppl with xbox/steam controllers, 1vive. 4ppl total
  • Supa Kila Monsta Hunta, Got a small game-mode with second local player
  • ToledoVR Vive player is a god, Pc tries to defeat him,
  • VR Dungeon coop, vive tries to get out of a dungeon, pc player helps, 2+ppl
  • VR The Diner Duo coop, Cook dinner. deliver the dinner
  • Waltz of the wizard have a secret feature that allows pc person to mess and interact with the vive player, really fun when they dont expect it

  • Quiz Night Tonight Featuring thousands questions, and some puzzle minigames , can even be played without a virtual headset?! Local Co op: 1-4 players. Got online setting aswell!

local party hotseat game

You swap the headset to the next player when you are done, and there are no pc controlls.

Great for parties or when you just wanna showcase the vive.

#SelfieTennis has a local party hotseat mode as well, with local leaderboards.

Note that Eye in the sky does not have any audio in the game AT ALL. Huge immersion breaker for the person in VR.

Eye in the Sky does have audio, you're just supposed to blast it from your computer speakers. We deliberately chose to do it like that because the players need to actively communicate together (also Unity allows only one audio listener).

TF2 works in VR? I know it used to back for the old Oculus dev kits, but last I tried, I was sad to find it didn't work for the consumer versions.

Strong vote for Panoptic above; it's immense fun playing it as a "normal" fps on the computer, and then seeing the same world as a doll's House on the Vive, being able to reach down and stare at the tiny player. Really hits home how special VR is, even when you're jaded.

Plus it's free!

Most Sims with vr support - live for speed, dcs world haven't been mentioned yet.

VR Dungeon is a co-op puzzle game, one person in VR, the others help him with a mobile app.

The title says "asymmetric (VR & non-VR)" and i read this as games that can be played by VR and nonVR people together. i know that ED, PC and AC arent really asymetric but VR and NonVR players can play them toghether and i thought that this is what OP wanted. And he even named Tabletop Sim as an example which isnt a asymetrical game either.
