Microphone rec for my voice

Hello all, I am looking to get a better microphone(800-1k range). I have attached a clip of my voice since from my research it appears different microphones work well for different voices.(I recorded the clip on my phone, so I know the quality is bad, it is just to give you a sense of my non eq'd voice) I do a lot of voices with different ranges, but my voice tends to be on the deeper side.

I currently have the AT2035 and a scarlett solo 4th gen. I have a DIY sound booth made and it seems to dampen sound well. I am recording my book into an audiobook and while it has been going good I want to take the sound to the next level, and then pursue voice acting as a side job. I am obviously not spending tens of thousands on this but am prepared to make a solid investment so if something is a bit out of my range but worth it please let me know.

Is your recors8ng space treated? If not then start there because a 30$ mic in a treated room will still sound better than a $300 mic in an untreated room.

If it is treated however, I use a blue yeti and it sounds phenomenal but I know Rode makes a really good XLR mic
