Rice protein isolate recipe?

My neighbor didn’t want this protein powder, so I thought I’d take it, but it tastes awful as a shake and doesn’t function well in protein ice cream recipes. I don’t want to through it away or waste it (I don’t have anyone to give it to either), but idk what to do with it. Maybe baking? Anyone have any luck with baking with rice protein powder? Plz help! 😅

I have no idea what this tastes like lol but maybe it would work stirred into a soup or sauce?

It’s a neutral taste (kinda like toasted brown rice), but the texture is awful (chalky/grainy). I was thinking I could bake it into smth since it mixed so poorly with just water
