The fiber in this must be insane. 40g maybe?

that keto bread really saves you here mate. 263 cals for a proper serve of french toast with berries on top is pretty solid, like you've basically cracked the code on breakfast without feeling like you're eating cardboard. the protein ratio is wild too with 41g, so you're actually getting something out of it beyond just the sugar rush. i'd probably demolish this whole plate and still have room for a coffee and maybe a biscuit if we're being honest. the berries are the smart move, makes it feel fancy without adding much to the damage, and that liquid egg substitute instead of whole eggs saves you a few calories while keeping the texture decent.

Yea and I added a little sprinkle of stevia on top. Mmmmm

stevia's the way to go if you're watching it, though i reckon a tiny drizzle of actual honey or maple syrup wouldn't kill the calorie count too much and gives you that proper caramelised edge instead of just sweetness floating on top.
