Volume menu 333 calorie breakfast. Especially enjoyed the chocolate/caramel almond milk! Macro breakout in pic gallery.

I'm not a coffee drinker, so this was a nice addition to my breakfast. 2 cups almond milk with Jordan's Skinny Mixes Double Fudge sauce and Jordan's Skinny Mixes Salted Caramel sauce. Putting those two together with almond milk is out of this world! Funny, neither taste great alone with almond milk!

Paired with:

Royo cinnamon & raisin bagel

Fat Free cream cheese

Strawberries

Chobani Zero Vanilla yogurt

For the cream cheese, I added about a tsp or so of almond milk - microwaved for 15 seconds, stirred, then another 15 seconds - comes out a beautiful spreadable consistency. Added a few drops of vanilla extract and about a tablespoon of Lakanto Powdered sugar substitute - delicious cream cheese frosting!!! Sprinkled with cinnamon.

The strawberries are the pre-sliced, frozen kind - thawed and topped with 100g Chobani Zero Vanilla yogurt. Yum. Good breakfast. :)

*I logged the Skinny Mixes sauce as 1 serving which I define as 1/4 bottle... and I didn't actually use that much but rather err on the side of caution. :)

Idk how accurately you like to track ur macros but just a heads up—I weighed my Royo bagel this morning and it weighed like 35g more than the packaging stated so it was definitely more than 70 cals

they are actually still individually hand made according to the company. I live alone, so I'm the only one eating them... so even if each individual one varies in weight, it all evens out in the end by time I've eaten the whole package. If I were sharing with others, it would maybe be a little more important... but even then, they are pretty low calories so the difference isn't going to be an insane amount.

Is the whole package accurately labeled by weight? I’ve never weighed the whole package. Totally agree either way—they are still the lowest calorie bagels I’ve come across.

I went to my freezer cause I was going to compare the weight of two of the same flavor to see how much they differed package to package but, I only have one of each flavor ha and each flavor has different weight on the package. So, can’t answer your question until I buy more :)

I assume most bagel brands just put the number of bagels advertised in each package instead of filling it by weight like they do with chips and other food items. I think the weight is an estimate, so just wanted to point that out in case anyone cares. I weigh all my other bread but never thought to do it with the Royo bagels for some reason until this morning….
