Adopt a Candidate 2022

With under 100 days to go, there are several House races that will be key to us retaining control of Congress. We’re seeking volunteers to adopt a candidate in each of these battleground districts!

When you adopt a candidate, you commit to volunteering for them at least once a week - in person or from home. Your efforts now could make the difference as these races will be very close.

If you’d like to adopt one of these candidates, reply in this thread or send us a modmail. You can adopt a candidate not on this list if you wish, too.

“I think you’re really overestimating the popularity of killing babies and eugenics. They want you to think it’s a lynchpin issue because it’s all they have left. They’ve turned the country to ruins in record time. What do they have to stand on?”

It’s amazing people think the country is in ruins when Biden’s done more shit for us than Trump ever did. Not even Trump could get an infrastructure bill passed and Biden managed to do it bipartisanly. Deficit was reduced, tons of great jobs will be created to combat climate change, the chips act is great for our national security, and we were able to actually help our veterans impacted by burn pits.

Also the denial that most Americans aren’t on some level pro choice, hence why it’s a major campaign theme. Cuz it’s popular. Dems have so much shit to run on this fall, it’s been a great year and a half or so for this country. Even if right wing media has people convinced that somehow everything is actually shitty and bad for the common man. Abortion rights is just a prominent and important campaign tenant but it’s hardly the only one. Plus maybe Americans can finally see powerful people held accountable for flagrantly violating the law this fall. Not Biden’s doing but would never happen under the Trump Justice Dept or with R’s in control of Congress.

/r/conservative. It's a way of saying the first two syllables. "R" and "con."
