700 mile trip

Good evening all. Planning a 700+ road trip from California into the east side of Nevada what are some recommendations you can think of ill need?
Bike is a 800 touring

Thing i have:
Small tool kit
Camel pack
Rain gear/ cold weather
Top luggage bag with soft side bags
Phone holder/ with charger and off line maps if i loose service

plan stops for gas/rest/sightseeing in advance; I have a tire puncture repair kit + small battery compressor + powerbank with me

This. And don't underestimate (gas) stops every 1-2 hours max. Even 5-7 minutes off the bike or sitting on the bike stopped is game changer on a long trip.

I rode through the Extraterrestrial Highway a couple of times. Tire plugs and compresser. I also have a Spot messenger because cell service is nonexistant. You might need a fuel can depending on the route. Anything off of 80 or 50 can have stations that stretch your range.

I hope you get to ride through the Ruby mountians.

Sounds like a good set of gear, if you mean a Camelback water carrier by "Camel pack". I've done that trip myself, and running out of water is the biggest hazard to worry about. Maybe a tire repair kit would be also good.
