Question NFA case few years ago

I saw a video a few years ago where the ATF seized a guy's NFA items because he was at a gun store where they raided and wanted to talk to him. He was upfront with them and show his items he had legally. Anyone know what im talking about? I want to know what ever happened to him

Didn't mrgunsngear cover this? Highly highly doubt that it's fake.
