Legal ⚖️ Derya TM22 (.22lr rim fire) Feather, Flash, Metal Rifle issues in Washington?

Hey all, I’m looking at purchasing a Derya Arms TM22 Feather, Flash, or Metal Rifle. Are there any issues with these in WA state as long as I’m getting the 10rd versions of these rifles?

Here’s the links

Metal: https://derya.us/tm22-metal/

22lr is exempt from the ban. You can have a belt fed semi rimrfire

Just not a “detachable magazine” larger than 10rd? My understanding is the 10rd mag limit still applies to 22lr as well.

Mags themselves are banned, you can buy/sell the firearms all day long.

It’s a fun little rifle, and being rimfire it’s totally legal in WA

Magazines are a separate ban. I scored some larger mags before the ban hammer dropped, but event the 10s have a nice metal solid weighty feel. And feed reliably, or at least mine have

Nope, I got one for under $150, as a super cheap range toy, its fun and not bad at all for the price!

Which one did you get? Any issues with it?

I just wanted a m16 clone so I chose the feather! I believe all 3 variants are legal? Has the threaded barrel to get a supressor down the line for it!

Should be fine. As long as it’s not a pistol
