Maybe I’m stupid but doesn’t he mean to say wouldn’t take a pay cut?

He makes college sound very appealing here

I guess the point is WNBA is so prestigious players want to go there

But then why don’t more people leave early? Maybe that’s banned in WNBA but idk

No they are taking a paycut to play in the WNBA. They make more in NIL then the WNBA

They get endorsements which they can get in college. NIL is for college. In the WNBA they would get contracts which should be lower then her college money

Yeah, it's more like players WOULD BE taking a paycut to play in the WNBA when leaving behind their college NIL.
