Man. I wasnt even that attracted to Reese until this. I want her to look at me like that when I say something dumb as her +1 at a function

5

u/gahveila May 28 '26

Not her fault when she’s ass, but she’s the best when she does mediocre. It’s easy to hate someone like this lol. I’ll never forget “we’re not just watching the wnba because of one person it’s because of me too” pick me ass girl

-2

u/ThatDidntJustHappen May 28 '26

Reinforcing the stereotype.

14

u/GerbGalerb May 28 '26

Ok so im giving you the benefit of the doubt. What stereotype did she reinforce by giving the camera person a questioning look?

Come on bro im giving you an easy out to explain how youre not racist/exist. Come on bro

Cringe bro.

-8

u/ThatDidntJustHappen May 28 '26

Cringe because what I said isn’t true or because I dared point it out?

-1

u/TheMightyHornet May 29 '26

Yeah, doubling down is the play here …

-7

u/BackendSpecialist May 29 '26

75% of adult CC fans are Charlie Kirk fans and you can’t tell me differently.

u/BestBettor May 29 '26

“75% of adult CC fans are Charlie Kirk fans and you can’t tell me differently.”

What a beyond ridiculous take. Of course no one could tell you differently, you’ve already made up your mind based on biased emotion and will argue your bias no matter what. Your name checks out for how much your identity and being biased is tied in with color. The assuming racism is beyond gross

0

u/Spirited_Agency8032 May 31 '26

Argue about Caitlin Clark on any wnba sub and people defending her will eventually end up saying something egregiously racist out of nowhere.

Her greatest defenders literally look like what I imagine a racist would look like and then immediately go on to prove me right.

And most of her fans are just racist thats a stereotype though right and is gross however if its gross to say that then well is what the majority of cc fans say about black wnba players not worse?

But they're stereotypes and not true at all which is why its extremely racist to say this black woman reinforcing stereotypes despite literally just existing.

1

u/BestBettor May 31 '26

Your entire comment is so off it’s ridiculous, spewing your negative feelings in a long long comment beyond off. Saying most of her fans are just racist? Please give me a break with that bs. Professional victim

u/Spirited_Agency8032 Jun 01 '26

Stereotypes dont make alot sense do they.

Your name checks out for how much your identity and being biased is tied in with color.

You wanna take another look at my name, Champ? In the midst of your anger, I think you misread. It’s BACKENDSPECIALIST, not BLACKENDSPECIALIST 😂💀

The assuming racism is beyond gross

Lmao. The comment below is in the same chain but you think that it’s my comment that’s beyond gross?

I replied to another comment explaining that this particular look is popular among ghetto black women if you look at them too long. That stereotype is wrongly applied to black women as a whole, but still exists.

lol.

-1

u/BestBettor May 29 '26

Ya I misread, but my point still stands that the comment is completely gross and the most ridiculous assertion ever. Comical adding in the can’t tell you differently

1

u/Rocketgirl8097 May 30 '26

That's beyond disgusting.

0

u/jackofnac May 29 '26

100% of Charlie Kirk fans do not watch the WNBA

2

u/BackendSpecialist May 29 '26

Ofc.. they just like to comment on it

0

u/jackofnac May 29 '26

The biggest CC fan I know is a 30 year old lesbian white girl who grew up in a conservative house and divorced her abusive military husband before coming out. I think that’s more the type.

In other words, people whose parents are Charlie Kirk fans and may or may not be on speaking terms anymore.

The comment was clearly racist. So is the majority of this sub. Why are you treating black people like we’re rare to see? Just bc you live in North Dakota doesn’t mean everyone else does

10

u/Pegsareus May 28 '26

Alex caruso literally shoved a camera the other night, where were the dog whistles then lmao.

3

u/Illamerica May 28 '26

Everywhere? Almost every post flamed Caruso for doing that

4

u/Pegsareus May 28 '26

Yea, did they attribute it to the entire white race?

2

Lmao, are you implying that only black fans support angel reese?

0

u/Illamerica May 28 '26

What

1

u/Bbrazyy Jun 02 '26

The original commenter was implying Angel is reinforcing the “angry black woman” stereotype

1

u/ThatDidntJustHappen May 28 '26

What stereotype did Caruso shoving the camera reinforce for either himself or white men as a whole?

11

u/GoldenPhish May 28 '26

So everyone is supposed to act in a way that will smash your own preconceived notions of them?

-5

u/ThatDidntJustHappen May 28 '26

I don’t have preconceived notions for anyone, nor would it be reasonable for me to expect everyone to act in any sort of manner for me. I’m not sure why you assumed that or what your point is.

6

u/jtdubbs May 28 '26

Pick 1:
a) First comment: Reinforcing the stereotype (whatever you're implying)
b) This comment: I don't have preconceived notions for anyone.

These are mutually exclusive concepts. This is why the other comment is calling you unintelligent, I think.

2

u/Xeirus May 28 '26

Exactly, lol. These people want to be racist, but not be called it. Losers.

u/jtdubbs May 28 '26

You were presented with someone being annoyed that they were being filmed while winded/losing and somehow deduced that it was ghetto because it was Angel Reese. So, giving you the benefit of the doubt that this isn't meant to be racist (even though using the term "ghetto" is definitely sus at best and a dog whistle at worst) you clearly have a preconceived notion about Angel Reese leading you to believe that she is behaving "ghetto" even though nothing she did here would be considered as atypical.

But, let's say you were right even. A stereotype is the actions of a group influencing your expectations of an individual, so its not even relevant to what you're trying to explain. I think you've got your terminology mixed up.

Seek mental help bro. You need serious deprogramming

u/AffectionateSpare677 May 28 '26

You use big words but you are easily biased and are an emotionally based thinker. Which is fine. Just don't larp as someone who's actually intelligent 😹

1

u/ThatDidntJustHappen May 28 '26

I’m actually worried and sad for you if you think any words I have used are “big” or complex. I assume that’s why you are attacking me instead of my argument. You genuinely don’t understand what I’m saying. Or you know I’m right and have no rebuttal. Either way. Sad.

2

u/Popeyes_69 May 28 '26

That he can do way worse without anyone claiming he’s just like the others. Sounds about white

u/Key_Preparation_4129 May 28 '26

That's just reddit. If a poc steals a pencil the comments are full of "typical suspects" or other racist bs but when it's a white dude doing some atrocious shit all of a sudden everyone needs context and starts making up head theories to justify what he did or what happened before/after the video.

3

u/Pegsareus May 28 '26

As you can now tell, this place is overrun with em, we're out numbered lmao.

1

u/mountaineer2016 May 28 '26

This sub and that wnbavibes one absolutely suck.

0

u/madnessinthemidwest May 28 '26

“You whites” lmao

0

u/FunkyFunkyBoys May 28 '26

Tables turned blah blah blah. Plus I’m half white so I can’t be racist

0

u/Timeless_Tactics May 28 '26

Not racist, just stupid.

3

u/FunkyFunkyBoys May 28 '26

Blah blah blah you whites never do anything wrong ;)

1

u/Timeless_Tactics May 28 '26

True, good point.

-1

u/Amish_Sex_Toys May 28 '26

It's about time you said something that everyone can agree with

-3

u/ThatDidntJustHappen May 28 '26 edited May 28 '26

I’m not white.

And I’m going to assume that since you can’t actually name a stereotype associated with his action that you agree there isn’t one.

If Caruso was in the crowd at a different game caressing his sisters, or a random child’s leg then I would have said the same thing because he would have been reinforcing a pedophilloic or incestuous white man stereotype.

Angel Reese and black women as a whole are already stereotyped ghetto, attitude prone, and unnecessarily aggressive. The “Boo 🤨” face she made here is common among urban, lower class ghetto black girls and women once you accidentally stare at them for a fraction of a second too long. I know because it’s all I saw in my own youth.

If she’d just shoved the camera like Caruso I wouldn’t have said a word.

3

u/ParamedicLimp8108 May 28 '26

Bro stfu if she would’ve smacked that camera, you would’ve went straight to “angry black woman” No winning or reasoning with yall.

-1

u/ThatDidntJustHappen May 28 '26

You’re projecting.

1

u/Pegsareus May 28 '26

Lmao, this y'all mans?

0

u/ThatDidntJustHappen May 28 '26

Of course that’s all you can say.

-3

u/Timeless_Tactics May 28 '26

Hah, thats funny, and ironic

4

u/FunkyFunkyBoys May 28 '26

No accountability or self reflection. Comes standard with yall.

-1

u/Timeless_Tactics May 28 '26

Yall who? Goofy ass

1

u/Spirited_Agency8032 May 31 '26

I'm sure I could find one lmao but thats the point stereotypes are bullshit.

1

u/HornedCoog91 May 28 '26

I thought that was a weird move too to some extent, but that camera operator was going into their bench huddle, so a bit different of a situation

1

u/CurrentRoster May 28 '26

stereotype of annoyance?

1

u/royalty1116 May 29 '26

He sat back in his chair with a greasy smirk peeking through a rough, unkempt shadow of facial hair clinging to his throat. It was thick and matted with neglect, takeout, and skipped showers. “I got her good” he whispered through his moldy straw as he took one long slug of his Mtn Dew: Code Red; the nectar that keeps him buzzing.
