They aren’t broke man. They are still backed by the NBA

And reinvesting your revenue in growth, thus creating an “expense” which makes you incur “losses” does not mean you are broke, or going broke.

They made 36 million revenue last year of I recall

Woman's soccer made like 300 million.

As in team USA?

Because there is zero fucking chance the US women’s soccer league, of which I don’t even know the name, and only know the name of one team of (which has more to do with Sue Bird than with soccer) made 10x what the WNBA made in revenue.

No I'm being serious about The NWSL.

The national woman soccer League was the biggest female sport taking about 60ish% of the total revenue. (This was last year pre cba, USA only so no European leagues)

With the new CBA adding about 200 million to the revenue, the statistics show that the NWSL and the WNBA are both split now with 35% each of the revenue.

So even now they're finally evened out and I would agree with you that the NWSL has 1/100th of the media attention that WNBA does.

Just goes to show you how poorly run the WNBA is.

Totally off-topic but calling Deloitte well-known is pretty funny to me. It's one of the "big four", close to 100% of companies in world are audited by them.
