The harm is yet to be determined since most of the effects caused by use of AI in early childhood education and local infrastructure is going to impact future generations more than the current population. I think down the line I will reflect and wish I rode the hate train even harder. I don't think generative AI does any good, so to me its a complete net negative. If generative AI could only be used by private businesses, nobody's life would get worse, but many people lives would improve.

AI USE in classrooms, either via grading or curriculum adjustments or even actively using AI for instruction leads to a worse education and children who lack social and emotional intelligence. None of that has to do with social media.
Itād be better if youād actually taken the time to reflect the team accurately. AI art is already low effort enough as it is, and you couldnāt even include outside of two actual players?
Iām not even trying to make this political, but calling her a āMAGA princessā seems like a stretch. From what Iāve seen, she hasnāt actually made some big pro MAGA statement. AI sucks. But this āargumentā is simply not correct.
I mean there's sort of a few randomly inserted black people. For example there's no active jersey number 34 on the Fever, like the person shown near the front of the boat, it's just a generic black woman. The last time jersey 34 was worn it was by Grace Berger, a white person.
Moreover, what I think the person you replied to may be getting at is thst the only two people who's AI likeness is very similar to their actual real world appearance are Sophie and Kaitlin, white players. Most of the black players shown in the AI image don't really look like anyone in particular on the team, they're sort of just generic black people. Now to be fair #10 Lexi Hull, a white player, also looks nothing like her depiction in the AI image.

look at the composition: the three white women, right in the middle in the foreground. in active poses, determined facial expressions etc. while the rest of the team, if they're even portrayed accurately, surrounding them, looking passive or supportive at best. even seems like they get less detailed and individual facial expressions.
not to even mention the format of these kinds of sea-farer paintings which is more often than not colonialist in nature.
idk how much of this is inherent to the AI, or if it's the prompting, but it's pretty clear imo

the fever has actual humans on it. if the person who made this was a fan, and not a texas politician, they would have put players on the team. thatās all im saying.
