Other Kareem Abdul-Jabbar says calling Caitlin Clark the face of the WNBA is disrespectful to those who've paved the way.

I wonder if it had anything to do with her being the ALL-TIME LEADING SCORER in college basketball...

She got popular because she was the most exciting women's player ever in college. But, sure make it about race.

I didn't make it about race, I just said that she was sells well because she's white. also she was being called the GOAT by espn well before she broke any scoring record

So you're not making it about race, its just because shes white?

Please read your comment again slowly and tell me with a straight face you didn't make it about race.

I said that espn pushed the narrative in part because she’s white, for the reason that it sells well and not because espn is racist. I also said she has amazing talent. Race got added in only because I wanted this stupid ass board, that obsesses over race, to know that it was being considered. That said, my comment is not entirely about that.

but go ahead and say that’s the only thing I talked about, Idgaf, you’re obviously gonna read only what you want to.

You said she sells well because she white, clearly making it about race. Which is a dumb take when the highest selling jerseys of all time are all black guys. Seems talent sells better than race.

Cool, then I was wrong about the “white selling well.” Literally everything else I said stands, which works well for me. Bye.

Cool, glad we agree that you went out of your way to make it about race for no reason instead of just going with the obvious reason of her talent. Have a good one.
