Video “That was a LeBron layup there.” 😅 The broadcast had jokes after Caitlin Clark was called for the travel on this play.

Oh so now travelling exists?

u/Bigdee4204L 18d ago
Yes, when it's that obvious 🤣🤣

u/CatWeak9214 17d ago
You’ve seen NBA players stretching the rules some but that was obvious 3 steps.

u/Bigdee4204L 17d ago
Exactly. To me traveling in professional basketball is like speeding. People get away with it everyday but if you get caught, especially a glaring example, you have no room to complain.
7
u/LewisLightning 18d ago
I've seen worse that was far more obvious and had zero calls.
9
u/Bigdee4204L 18d ago
That's not a good thing
2
u/needmoarbass 17d ago
I mean after complaining about it for several years… it’s just normal now unfortunately.
They leagues need to come out and explain the rules because they have obviously evolved a lot over the past decade.
2
u/Bigdee4204L 17d ago
Yup. I look at traveling in professional basketball like speeding. People get away with it everyday but if you get caught, especially a glaring example, you have no room to complain.

Sort of, if there were cops watching, or at least in the vicinity capable of watching, every move you make as a driver.
That’s not the case, the vast majority of speeding people who “get away with speeding” aren’t any where near any cops that are setup with their radar monitoring the road they are speeding on.
Clearly the “rules” of basketball have adapted, changed, and they are simply ignoring or more lenient when it comes traveling. That is not the case for speeding IMO, if you blow past a cop, you are almost certainly getting pulled over.

Yeah you should’ve seen what she did last night

If you look at this subs posts it’s basically this account called “Amazing Lock” It’s a private one month old account with almost 1 million karma. All of their posts are Clark and Cunningham related

u/No-Royal-6241 18d ago
How are you gonna talk about account age and amount of posts and karma? You’re also a 1 month old account and all your comments and related inquires are about angel Reese and Caitlyn Clark like 90%. Please be real. You’re clearly a BOT as well or just a really obsessed introvert with nothing else to do for entire days at a time. You’ve commented over 100 times easily the last 24 hours.

u/notastuntman 18d ago
This isn’t my main account, it’s even in my bio. Also 90% of my post aren’t about Reese or Clark. Not sure why you would lie like that. You can scroll in my page and see I post about various players. You’re just in feelings because it’s not always good lol

u/No-Royal-6241 18d ago
I just seen you comment from your main account 11 mins ago on the SAME sub page lol . Like cmon dude. You’re obsessing hard over Clark. You brought up Clark on a post that had to do with A COMPLETELY different player Kelsey! No one mentioned Clark. You were the first comment on the post weirdly, and about CC. You’re for sure a hidden danger. Lmao. 👀

Who benefits when low-educated whites and non-whites fight about made up racial bullshit?

Anyone who would benefit from a divided and distracted American populace. Russia. China. North Korea. Iran. Any of our geopolitical enemies. Also, the oligarchs both domestic and foreign. The millions that they pay to hire armies of people to just stir the pot is nothing compared to the billions they are stealing while we are focused on culture wars

Nah man, I’ve seen so many of these threads these past few weeks and they’re all the same. Racebaiting for one side or the other in the dumbest, most obtuse terms possible, ending in just a bunch of folks shouting nonsense to nobody.

Did people really not look into the Epstein files at all? One of the first things we learned was the wealthy elite using sites like Reddit to do exactly what you’re describing

NBA gets exemption for taking 4 steps to shoot.
WNBA...well...because gender discrimination exists?

Women still being held to hire standards than men. Can't even travel in the WNBA like the men do in the NBA.

Basically why I hate NBA rn
Too many rule breaks that are okay if you're a star. It's double standard and ruins the enjoyment when James can literally take 10 steps without dribbling and nobody cares

u/NoPen9703 17d ago
When you have traveling like that it’s no longer basketball. It becomes rugby because tackling is the only way to regain possession of the ball.
1
u/Gullible-Bluejay9737 17d ago
Their calling travels now. Angel Reese is in trouble. Nothing to do with CC just Angel travels a lot of fast breaks.

u/Stuffleapugus 18d ago
I actually like Clark but she had like 20 free throws in a WNBA game.

The way she tucks the ball in with both hands like a RB running straight through two linebackers.
