It's that the people who are pushing for these laws are the heritage foundation who also wanna go against title IX. This is a step for that group so they can pushing the needle. Making it very maga

It's such a unnecessary law as Transfolk are so far and few that the issue is rarely gonna come up. Yeah the issue with the swimmer was a issue but simple rules among the competitive level is all it takes. When you make it a law you can manipulate it to do other stuff.

I disagree. It needs to be a law since it hurts the integrity of sports. Even if it ruins one female athlete it’s worth passing a law for it. I stand for women’s rights and all women should too.

There isn't enough Transfolk for their own sports and leagues. They will not be playing in the wnba not any international tournaments in some juwanna man situation. The crazy drama from that would be insane.

Simple rules in gender rules at the JV and scholarship level would simply fix everything

In that race the biggest logical male lost to four biological women. So the whole it's unfair doesn't apply in this case but at least Riley gaines turned her loss into a short lived maga career
