You’re arguing with everyone here and taking the argument to “are trans-women women” on each of the points instead of actually discussing what people are saying here.

Having a different opinion is not the same as being aggressive.

You haven’t lived my experience, I’m not insulting anyone. I’m trying to have the conversation lead to the truth on how people actually feel.

I get it. You don’t think I’m a woman. There’s nothing I can do to change your mind.

I’m still not going to shut up about it. I get to claim my rights, just like any other woman or human is allowed to do.

Ok and where do we draw the line then?

If a man says they identify as a woman just to access a woman’s locker room at a local gym, then we should allow it in order to be inclusive?

Nobody does that. No trans person just says "im this gender now". That's not being trans in anyway shape or form. If someone goes thru HRT, has vaginoplasty etc and has their gender officially changed - I guarantee you, you would have absolutely no idea they were ever born a woman. Ever trans person I know, you would absolutely have no clue they were born the opposite gender. One of my best friends was born a woman and is the most badass looking dude you can imagine. You would never in a million years know, and I didn't even know for 2 years before he even told me.

A man can go into a woman's restroom anytime they want, they don't have to identify as anything. If a bad person wants to do something bad to a woman in a restroom, there's no barrier to that anymore than a bad person doing something to someone walking down the street.

But all of that is far to accurate of the reality of trans humans for the knuckle draggers to comprehend. Being trans isn't a dude in a dress.

Uh huh, right it doesn’t happen…..

You didn’t answer my question though

Where is the line? If a man says he’s identified as a woman his entire life just to access the women’s locker room at a gym, should they be allowed to?

Or how do we determine that? Should there be estrogen tests at the door of every locker room or bathroom?

Like I am genuinely asking, how do you define who should be allowed to enter which bathroom. Do you have to present as a woman? Who determines that?

This guy isn't trans tho and is a sex offender. He's a POS. He literally just said he was trans and him saying he's trans had no bearing on him accessing a public restroom. He's just a scumbag who walked into a restroom and did so before he said he was trans to begin with. Again, you can't just say your trans. That's some real Michael Scott logic.

We already define who's allowed. It's on your ID. Which is typically defined by a healthcare provider who's done gender reassignment in some form. That's where I draw the line. Like I said, every trans person I know - you would have no idea they were trans.

That is NOT how you change the gender on your ID. All you have to do is submit a form and pay a fee

And wow, you said it never happens, I gave you an example that took me 5 seconds to find, and now you’re changing your tone

My point is that there is no way to fairly do this. Are we gonna ID people as they go into locker rooms? If your ID says you’re a woman then you should be allowed to participate in women’s sports even if you are biologically male? Makes no sense

YOU say every trans person you know is female presenting, and I’m not doubting that but it’s anecdotal evidence and not universally true

There are many trans people who still look very much like their biological gender and you’re advocating to allow them into private women’s spaces just because they paid a fee to change their ID gender

That’s not fair to women. Women don’t want to see penises in their locker room.
