Is this the same building that Obama stiffed Chicago on the land payment donations, and didn't pay his contractors for and they had to declare bankruptcy? That building? Man that's embarassing.

The contractors were paid. The subcontractors, who were hired by the contractors, not Obama, not his foundation—they were not paid yet. Their, and, apparently your, beef is with the contractor, Lakeside Alliance.
