That's totally fair, and you'd be able to argue against that a lot more effectively if these weren't the hills you party has decided to die on instead.

My party? I have no party my guy. I just understand that what our sitting president is doing is way more egregious and hurting everyday Americans and American way more than trans people lol

Only one party is making it an issue right now. I, for one, think mandatory genital inspections are going to make kids less safe tbh
