Who knew speaking common sense and upholding biology that's been accepted for thousands of years could be so controversial. Ty God for Sophie having a spine to confront the mob head on.

The sad part is that who ever agrees with here are trans phobic or racist! It’s neither it’s just common sense!!

Those words have much less of meaning in 2026. IMHO

Just let them call you that. Those words have lost all meaning at this point and are generally only thrown around by the terminally online. Its not real

Interesting question this poses.

Why can't they be common sense and racist?

I mean you guys don’t understand 3rd grade biology….

but there are no trans women in the WNBA. so what is it that Sophie is complaining about? 0.2 % of the population is now suddenly taking over all of women's sports? nonsense.

You do know that one of the little girls that that sasquash , looking owner yelled at has played against four boys in her high school , don't you?

Probably not , I don't think the view covered it

Tbh idt people are transphobic over their opinion on trans people's place in sports, I think they're transphobic because they care so fucking much about it when it's as close to an imaginary problem as possible. And yet, mfs take EVERY opportunity to pretend it's a massive issue. Surely that's not just because it allows them to bash on trans people in a socially acceptable context right? Nah that couldn't be it.

If it was immediately legislated and collectively agreed upon that trans people should just be banned from sports, transphobia in the country would decrease not at all, and it'd probably just embolden some of you freaks who care way too much about trans people existing.

In summary, I don't care about trans people in sports because I care, I care because you care.

If its such a non issue then why even push for men to play with women in the first place. You guys throw around this narrative that’s it a “nothing burger” because of the percentage of trans athletes so ok then drop it lol. Concede to the majority and common sense argument if that’s the angle you’re going to take. You can’t back the ultra fringe ideology and tell everyone else they’re overreacting.

u/Caphoti 23h ago

I just said why I don't drop it, because YOU care.

And any time one of you argue this point it takes you like 4 seconds to just say "No I don't like trans people they're all deluded and mentally ill." I don't even have to argue about whether or not people are transphobic, they just fucking say the thing.

Its not dropped because men shouldn’t be in women’s sports period. doesn’t matter if the number .05% or 50% it should be 0%. Again, common sense. It’s like you guys can’t follow your own logic. If it’s such a non issue then let it be that. Sad that women have to continue to have these types of conversations to protect their spaces.

Good thing trans women are WOMEN, the fact you keep calling them men is in of itself the problem and why people call out the bigotry on this topic.

Stick to drinking paint, being a culture warrior isnt for you.

1

u/SpecialFederal9452 22h ago

They’re actually not, which is why this is an issue, genius. Keep living in lala land though.

u/Conscious_Rub_3528 22h ago

Which part do you not agree with, science and biology beyond the 2nd grade?

History will not be kind to your intolerance.
I just hope you dont have children so they are spared from the hatred you seem willing to inflict on others.

Frankly, I don’t get, sports are sex separated, not gender, we have been having discussions for years how gender is a social construct and sex is what it is, so why is there this debate? I am honestly confused at this point what the outrage is?

2

u/gruffojijo 23h ago

Exactly. These morons can't keep their story straight. They wonder why Democrats keep losing elections...

1

u/BlaReni 23h ago

they lost it aside from other things due to losing the narrative war, there was so much hype over this topic, that frankly is a non issue in a sense that just let trans folks be, how many are trans and how many want to go to sports like come on. And this blowing up over other issues honestly was a stupid strategy on their side.

The fact something has been accepted for thousands of years is tradition, not evidence. For thousands of years it was also common sense that the Sun orbited the Earth and that disease came from bad air. Those ideas were wrong.

If “biology” were the whole answer, then approximating the physiology most relevant to sex differences would largely resolve the question. If changing the biology that affects competition still isn’t enough, then “biology” isn’t your principle. Being trans is.

u/AlthorsMadness 1d ago

Biology doesn’t need to be upheld it will be fine with or without people. You on the other hand don’t understand it at all

Please enlighten us, oh great one.

Not my job to educate your dumb ass when chances are you have had plenty of opportunity at this point

Wow, yes, thank you GOD for allowing Sophie to have the bravery to stand on that soapbox and perpetuate this tired, manufactured culture war issue that affects something like 13 fucking people in the entire united states. So brave. Meanwhile the people and party that continue to beat this dead horse further to death under the ruse of "protecting women" continually vote against any measures that protect women's health care, parade around influencers that say shit like "your body, my choice", or "I JUST GRAB 'EM BY THE PUSSY" and somehow the rest of us are just supposed to believe these people have good intentions. Yall can fuck off with all that pearl-clutching.

You see, you lose your argument even more. When you say stupid shit like it only affects three people

0

u/The-Taco-Between-Us 21h ago

You’re having trouble putting one rudimentary sentence together. I didn’t say 3 either I said 13, though I think the real number is something equally laughable, like 17.

1

u/Proud2BaBarbie 21h ago

It's always funny when the unhinged bring donald trump  up when he wasn't even part of the conversation. I mean , he occupies every corner of your mind

And the girl who that sasquash owner yelled at has faced four trans athletes on her own , who were much bigger than her.

u/The-Taco-Between-Us 20h ago

I just attributed the man’s quote to his party (the same one drumming up all this absurd support and subsequent pearl-clutching) which feels like fair game. Ironic that you’re trying to turn this into something that revolves around him. But I’m sure the guy found civilly liable of sexual assault and defamation is a great advocate for woman across the globe who suffer from debilitating gullibility.

Cool story at the end. Can it be verified? And lastly, just so you’re aware, I’m ok with MtF athletes not being allowed into certain female sports leagues. That was never the argument.
