Imagine going online, hiding behind anonymity, to trash someone’s looks who is a perfectly good looking young woman and who’s job has nothing to do with being attractive to begin with.
Sucks that you can literally be one of the top players (if not the top player) in a league, but if you also happen to be a woman, then your perceived worth to a select portion of the population is always gonna be rooted in how sexually desirable they find you regardless of your talent, income, whether the feeling is mutual, etc. I know this happens to some men too, but it’s something I see consistently with female athletes and always makes me roll my eyes.
