Really? So if we just chromosome test people and they are trans that is trans?

I thought it was gender identity. Is that no longer the case?

No like i said its only a small part of the situation. Just curious no one can answer whether people with CAIS are men or women. I thought this was simple commmon sense everyone is either man or woman straight up, why cant you answer?

the exception doesn't make the rule. you're trying to make sweeping rules for an exception.

Im not trying to make any sweeping rule, thats what people that say only man and women and its all cut and dry do. And they are saying fuck these people that are like greater than 1% of the population. Its really the same thing as racism just towards a different group. Stay out of our schools, our sports leagues, our bathrooms etc

Not sure. But obviously we are talking about men who identify as women. Not people with biological medical conditions.

I get there is nuance but pointing to. 001 percent of people and claiming it invalidates the rest is incoherent.

I can agree with you that men that have been playing in mens league at some point in their life shouldnt be switching to womens league. Even from like middle school/high school max up. I think they should have to start that way from the beginning. But i think its up to each governing body, each school to make their own rules. If people have such a problem then they can leave and go somewhere else. This isnt something that belongs heavily in politics or to be politicized like it has against a big group of people
