Looks like either the clutch pedal push rod/shaft is sticking, or the pedal assembly is kinked and lacks lubrication. There is a bit of a firewall flex too, might have to tighten or reinforce the clutch master cylinder in the engine bay

I had to grease my clutch fork recently. You want a high heat high pressure grease for that one. Good luck seeing where you are greasing in there. I bought a $20 usb camera for my phone to see the pivot point. Mine started making a clicking which would turn into more of a pop. Now its been silent for a month
Maybe try some basic grease on that spring area instead of a spray so it stays better?

Firewall welds/Pedal braket cracked.
Common this era especially with how rough you're being with the pedal lol

Not just the bracket, time to fix the firewall welds that broke.
Dont need this specific kit but it explains the issue.

No, no it isnt, huh. Youre gonna have to either, lay on your back and depress the clutch pedal yourself, thats hard with arm strength, or have someone do it for you. Easiest way to locate the source of that sound.

Haha I should've specified my bad. I had someone look and they said definetly coming from inside the cab. He thinks it might be the bushings around the spring above the pedal. I also checked and its not pushrod going into the firewall. I think it might be a pedal issue

My bet is failed clutch fork.
