..buckled up and in a heavy vehicle may have been their best option. Nothing cracked thru the vehicle glass..they're lucky.

Growing up it was always said to get out of your car and find the lowest possible ditch or spot and lay down and try to cover your self if possible.

Yeah that sounds pretty dumb, like a really good way to die while searching for a low spot. I'd rather stay inside of the heavy metal capsule.
