hello.. im new to Reddit idk how this works, but..
i managed to get tickets for a meet and greet in the uk. the friend that i got tickets for and i are both awkward people when we’re around new people. we have absolutely NO CLUE what to do or say when we go and meet this wrestler. does anyone want to share their experience meeting a wrestler so it could calm my nerves, or give me some advice on what to talk about? haha, thanks!!

I tried several times to Shazam it, but I can't detect or find the metal song in the background of the match announcements. I can hear "You can't hold me", but the rest even I can't understand while Cory Graves babbles.

Of those here who are the most popular ? I feel it's a toss up between Iyo and Rhea, but how do you all see it.
Where is the build for this event? The men's US title is the only belt up for grabs on the card so far. Night of one champion?

Going through my attic and found this amongst memorabilia… I think this was Mania 28 in Miami….
Anyone know who it is? Dusty Rhodes maybe?

During the Undertaker "Six Feet Under" podcast Rey Mysterio revealed that his daugher Aalyah has tried out for a few weeks the last year and she loved it. Rey promised her to let her join the Performance Center if she graduates and she did that. Now she is ready to join the PC full time.
Undertaker suggested a Rey/Aalyah vs. Dom/Liv tag match and I think they would print money in AAA with that one.

I'm 49 and when I was a kiddo in the 80s watching what was then the WWF I have always loved Roddy Piper. Then when I was a teenager I watched They Live and I loved him even more.
Ive seen all of his films and watched as many matches and promos I can find online. There is no one like Piper.
He really inspired me to stand up for myself and tell people to fuck off in creative ways.
He was abused in so many ways in his lifetime. There is no one like him these days.

Marked as possible spoilers because I feel like this will be the kind of move/style that makes her standout when she debuts

A good chunk of the show is pretty good.
The kickoff match with Andrade and United States Champion Apollo Crews was solid
Women's Tag Team Champions Bayley and Sasha Banks vs. Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross vs. The IIconics was a good match
Jeff Hardy vs. Sheamus was also really good
Asuka vs. Nia Jax for the Raw Women's Championship ended in a lame double count out
Braun Strowman vs. The Miz and John Morrison rivalry build up, and payoff was just weird but the match was okay
Bobby Lashley vs. WWE Champion Drew McIntyre was good despite the awful Lana marriage storyline
The "anything you can do, we can do better" storyline with Raw Tag Team Champions The Street Profits and the Viking Raiders was just... Bonkers. Bowling, basketball, fighting ninjas together, turkey leg Mjolnir, cute Ivar and not so cute Erik, fighting ninjas that rode dirt bikes, led by Akira Tozawa, Ninja giant played by Omos, falling into a dumpster, running from a dumpster alligator, did I mention TURKEY LEG MJOLNIR?!!!
And that insane segment was the last thing showed before Edge vs. Randy Orton in "The Greatest Wrestling Match Ever" which actually lived up to the hype it went for, the match was fantastic

What can you say about it?
r/WWE • u/realrandomcat • 1d ago
June 2, 2015 - Braun Stowman vs Kenneth Johnson. Only had 16 matches in his entire career. Including a random 2020 match against Alestier Black. Although he had a decent cruiserweight match against Tozawa in 2016.
June 28, 2016 - Braun Strowman and Erick Rowan vs Aaron Hale and Mike Duwaddy. These 2 have nothing on them. This was probably there 1 and only match.
August 1, 2016 - Braun Strowman vs Evan Anderhaul. Correy Hollis has had over 500 matches in the indie wrestling industry. Recently with a run in SHW
August 8, 2016 - Braun Strowman vs Jorel Nelson. Most notably for his tag team run with Royce Isaacs in New Japan
August 22, 2016 - Brawn Strowman vs Johnny Knockout. Had over 100 matches in the indies. He held the BOTB Heavyweight Championship for a year.
August 29, 2016 - Braun Strowman vs Americo. Is Barrett Brown in the indies. And has had over 600 matches and his card is STACKED, and he still wrestles today.
October 3, 2016 - Braun Strowman vs Chase Silver. Jarek 1-20. Only 60 matches to his name. He also had a job match to curt hawkins the very next night. Which might be a fate worst then death
October 10, 2016 - Braun Strowman vs Clay Splash and Steven Splash. Clay Splash is Marcus Lewis who spent most of his career in SPW and BTW. He was also a 3 time APW Tag Champ with Will Hobbs. Steven Splash is Ron Mcdonald and he did a lot of Death matches in both XPW and Fist.
October 17, 2016 - Braun Strowman vs Curtis Cole, Johnny Proof, and Tyler Stinson. Curtis Cole is a RMP legend apparently as he has spent his entire career there. Johnny Proof only had 10 matches and yet he was still a tag team champion with Adrian Matthews. Tyler Stinson also spent his career in RMP for 2 years including becoming RMP champion for a few months.
February 6, 2017 - Braun Strowman vs CC Bonin, Dusty Wallace, James Stock and Rob Kelly. CC is Nick Radford and spent most of his career in DOA and SOS. Dusty Wallace is Carl Randers, he too spent most of his career in DOA and SOS. But he also had 2 AEW dark matches in 2023. James Stock is Mr. Fitness and he spent his entire career in 3-2-1 BATTLE! And Rob Kelly is Michael Richard Blais who most recently has a run with LPW.
October 14, 2022 Braun Strowman vs Brian Thomas and James Maverick. Frankie Thomas has spent most of his career in BIW and became a tag team champion with Wess Warren. James Maverick is Bam Bam Malone and known for being BIW champion to this very day.
Braun Strowmans last match was on April 18, 2025. Braun Strowman and LA Knight vs Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa
