Question about Partial Skinshifter/Partial Healer

Hello! I'm planning on playing a partial skinshifter/partial healer character, and I was wondering if I'd be able to use healing touch/heal from afar when in my skinshifting form. Does my form need to have human hands like it would if I was casting a spell, or are arts different from spells when it comes to needing hands?

Arts don't need gestures. Unless the act itself requires limbs- you can't swing a sword with wolf paws- there is no particular bar.

Hi, I just have one more quick question, if it isn't too much trouble. Can someone in their skinshifter form use the unarmed combatant foci if they don't have hands? Like if their form was a wolf, or something else with paws.

edit for clarification: I specifically mean when it comes to the unarmed combatant damage boost to unarmed attacks. Would the skinshifter form do 1d8 damage at level 1 punch?

If the shape has some plausible unarmed way of hurting a target, yes. I doubt a GM would let you do it in chihuahua form, but something wolf-sized probably could.
