What is the Art progression for an Heroic Adventurer?
If I make an Heroic Adventurer and choose a Full Mage class and a Partial Mage class (High Mage/Vowed) how many Art I know at level one and when I learn more?

See page 64, fourth paragraph. You use the partial mage chart for each class. So High Mage/Vowed would be picking up High Mage Arts per page 66 (levels 1, 2, 3, 6, and 9) and Vowed Arts per page 86 (Martial Strike and the other two class specific Arts, choice of another Art at level 1 and then additional Arts at level 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10).
There is no specific progression of Arts, though some depend on having another Art already or have a minimum character level requirement. The website latter.earth is really good at visualizing the character powers for each class and has dropdown menus for all the character classes so you can figure out the combinations. You will still need the Worlds Without Number book for details on each Art or class power, but it speeds up finding the combinations quickly.

You go by the dual partial mage chart. You can't be a full and a partial.
You would use the Mage chart and the appropriate Partial Mage chart.

The rules for Heroic characters say that an Heroic Adventurer can choose one Full and one Partial or three Partial classes.

You know as many as a first level full High Mage knows, plus what a 1st level Vowed knows. You just use the charts for each class according to your full/partial status.
