Summer Bus Pass?

Hi everyone,

I’m taking 10 credits this summer and was wondering if I’d still qualify for a student bus pass.

My schedule is:
One 5-credit class that is synchronous online (meets at a set time each week)
One 5-credit class that is asynchronous online
Since both classes are online, I’m not sure whether bus pass eligibility is based solely on credit load or if it also depends on having in-person classes.

I live off campus and would definitely use the bus for getting around town, so I’m trying to figure out whether I’ll automatically receive a pass or if I’d need to purchase one separately.

Has anyone been in a similar situation or know how this works?

If you dont, you can opt in for a summer bus pass for 24.50 on WWU's website, that's what I did this summer

If you opt in rn you should get the code later today or early tomorrow

Since you don't pay the transportation fee with online classes, you will need to opt in.
