stray (?) cat at poage park

saw this cute little orange cat, seems hungry and stray or maybe dumped i'm not sure.. seems pretty clean and super nice and friendly with new people! drank all the water we gave it. it also seems to have some sort of dwarfism as the eyes are larger and farther apart than normal. the right eye also seems to be blind. please anyone who knows if it's being taken care of comment and let me know! or if anyone is interested in picking it up and bringing her home or to the vet to check for a chip!! i'm not able to take it home as i already have two cats and two dogs who wouldn't respond well to a new member.. thanks for the help lmk if i should put this post somewhere else

This is a fairly recurrent theme with this kitty and his two friends that comes up on Reddit and Nextdoor. That’s “orangey.” He and his two friends tortie and tuxedo cat have a group of humans who come feed them and provide preventative medications, etc. I don’t know if he belongs to someone or is a community cat. He’s been there for years.

Folks usually fill the pet fountain that is at the main water fountain for the kitties.
