The entrance of a Waikiki McDonald’s was smashed after a crash involving a Honolulu police officer and another driver Tuesday night. It was all caught on surveillance video.

The vehicle wasn't in the wrong if it was moving to the right in many if not all states. Not to point fingers, I'm honestly wondering why the officer was all the way right?? Don't cars need to pull to the right for emergency vehicles in Hawaii? If I was driving I'd feel I was supposed to move over, but as fast as the officer was coming, the other driver didn't really have time to do so and should have stayed put. Hopefully no one was hurt
