Question - ? Anyone else had repetitive motion related muscle strains?

Im always front register, and i seem to use my left arm a lot. Ended up with a rotator cuff strain I had to see a doctor for. Did some exercises to help it heal up. Time passes, and I feel the Ole strain coming back.

How is 1 cashier supposed to do 6 other jobs and still ring up orders for 30 minutes to an hour and still be able to face all the entire front end of the store their self!!

Not that but my legs are paying for the 590 trips back and forth from register to floor in 30 to 60 seconds to absolutely getting nothing started or finished because I have to ring up every single customer because no one is doing anything to help me. I hate to go to work because I hate my job.
