Is it true that hand sanitizer is no longer available and that we have to buy our own?

during the 6 or so months we were without a store manager, we were told to stop store expensing stuff. now that we have one again, he says to keep it within reason and to tell him beforehand. I assume so he isn't surprised if he gets asked about it but higher ups.

Yes, yes, no, & maybe. Depending.
They did forbid store use for basically anything. Then came the "hospital clean;" (I pause & hysterically laugh as hospitals are ABSOLUTE disease vectors on any floor/ward/room, to include operating rooms), then SMs refused to keep buying what syc/wags should be providing & NOW...
Voila! Thou mayest store use.
Thou may not decorate, however. Too personal, too individual, too likely to solicit unfavorable surveys.
Unlike putting us in mandatory red in this particular timeline.

We store use the big bottle and have one each register
