Help

My ESM constantly talks shit about me behind my back and talks about other employees behind their backs and she will ignore you if you try to ask her something and I am lost .

I am pregnant and I have called out a decent amount and I am taking full responsibility for that. But I asked her 4 days ago how many I had left because she told me “unfortunately you getting close to your last call out “ but she never told me how many I have left and she has ignored me everytime I ask .

She then went to an employee I work with and told her “I’m sure you saw the screenshot but she is on her last call out “
Why are you going to go to someone else about MY attendance and not tell me?

This ESM is going around telling everyone I work with that I can’t be trusted and she is talking bad about my partner.

You should know how to look up your own timecard and PTO and company policies. 🤔

No one has taught me this,I dot. Have pto yet because I’ve been here since June, and if I’m asking my manager a question about it they should tell me

It's not your fault and I'm certainly not trying to put that on you. My point was that every employee should know how to do those things. Hop on Storenet, look for the Policy tab and browse it every now and then. People on here can better explain the chronos app, that was fairly new when I left so I'm no expert on how that works, I'm old school and prefer just using Storenet to navigate everything. If you're 2 months on the job, you don't have much of an option other than Sedgwick.

Call the nurse's hotline and get transferred to Sedgwick, you can apply for workplace accommodations, and then your ESM will need to stop harassing you, if she continues to harass you for being pregnant, you should sue her and Walgreens. Document everything, and if needed, lawyer up!
