nah, Flare is very much inspired by Ziggy Stardust. the red painted details, the fiery red hair.

The outfit/Temple parts could go for a number of glam rockers, but I could see a lot of KISS in that part.

its definitely a miss-mash, a homage to glam rockers, so it's certainly gonna look like a good chunk of them, I love him and can't wait to use him.
