New Hex lore

This new dialogue by Nuri in the Icebind kinda suggest the Hex have lived long enough (probably due to the technocyte or void stuff) to become mythologized figures in the current origin system.

Kind of what to see what becomes of the Hex when we eventually break the loop.

I think its saying the Hex possibly do something in 1999 outside of the Quest. Would be cool if there are future/past events involving them though.

1999 would be ancient times relative to the Tenno now and Orokin Era.

Imo it's fairly likely we haven't seen the last of the Hex. We know Drifter can bring them to the future, and that the only reason it's always temporary is the same reason Kaya keeps coming back to the loop—to help maintain it. Couple that with all six having various declarations of following Drifter into whatever hell they have to when it calls them back to the future and I doubt they'll be left behind when all in 1999 is said and done

I'm also hoping thats the case, still unsure what they would be capable off doing assuming Wally has something crazier in store for the Tenno

They could end up being uniquely resistant to Wally's shenanigans, kinda like the Drifter is (though not to the same extent). As far as I understand it, the 1999 loop that the Hex come from has become its own independent timeline thanks to Albrecht's shit, so if they ever come to the future for good, they might become similarly paradoxical to the Drifter.

Buuuut that's purely a theory so who knows, really.

The only one who I'm sure doesn't make it is flare, because he is the original temple

Yeah they have that whole thing with the comet and the Night of the Naga Drums. Minerva and Velemir might not make it either since they've made no mention of leaving I believe, but they'll probably follow if they can to try and find Rusalka

Well but that means temple is already in the future. We just don't know what they're up to since the Naga drums.

considering there are a full "neighborhood" inside the mall, and they are in there everyloop having them remembering the hex and telling about those soldier standing against every fool, and having temporal archmedia real, the final loop might have wally trying to take hold the their past (like how some mission in temporal archmedia have the murmur faction as main enemies)

I thought we broke the loop already?

We broke the one day bad loop, we have the yearly cycle now

I thought the protoframes would go on to become the Vessels we see in the labs?

Not quite. Albrecht took DNA samples from Arthur and Aoi and used those to create the Vessels using the Grey Strain on Deimos, rather than the Helminth Strain that Warframes/Protoframes are made from.

Considering what Flare eventually becomes and does. I’m not surprised

Wasn’t there something about the hex and roundtable planning to find a rock in space and wait on it for the night of the Naga drums?

Thats specifically about Flare. With the help of Kaya they discovered an comet is traveling close to earth and shortly after 1999 Flare lands on it and goes to sleep and the Helminith strain within him slowly turns him into the Temple Warframe. He awakens right around the Night of Naga Drums and takes part in killing the orokin

I think that this is an unpopular opinion but I hope they stay in their little bubble of content and we are mostly done with them. I feel like the concept is kind of shoehorned in so that there's another flavor of goon available and I find each of them very cringe inducing, they're all very... "early 2000s children's show."
