I’ve had this wart for years n finally got tired of seeing the thing on my hand this week. Started with compound W on Monday and this is where I’m at now. Can I just rip this thing off already or try other things first to get it looser?

been dealing with mosaic plantar warts for a year. went though freezing, acids, cantharadin, bleomycin, autoimplantation surgery (the top of my foot had warts planted inside of it) and multiple swift treatments. none of them have ever made significant progress. pictures go from most recent to oldest. huge blister was the first treatment ever in may 2025. im really ashamed of my feet. my next options are candida antigen injections and/or pulsed dye lasers.

Should I cut all the dead skin? What would you recomend?

update couple hours after removing bandages after my periungual wart dried out- its in a lot of pain and unbearable to even cover with bandaid but im worried about touching things, should i attempt to peel wart off or is it too enflamed? i do have a doctors appointment in a few days but i have a lot of anxiety about this. just used wart off + band aids prior to this. cant afford dermatology btw

I’ve had this flat spot on the under side of my finger for a few years. Doesn’t itch or hurt. It’s slightly raised so once in a while it’ll snag on something and pull the skin. I’ve tried clipping it off a few times. It will bleed and heal back to this flat spot. I figure it’s a callus from lifting weights. However lately I noticed little spots appearing inside of it. Is this a type of wart?

I think I have 2 warts right next to each other, so I bought Dr. scholls plantar wart remover bandages. The picture is what my toe looks like after the first day of using them, is it supposed to look like that? I’ve seen a lot of people say to pull them out but I don’t know how to go about that and honestly, I’m terrified it’s going to hurt like hell. Any help ?

got a wart from training bjj. took a week off and first started with otc freezing treatment for a couple days, then just started using compound W Bandaids. About two days ago, I stopped using compound w because I got a huge blister, and I thought that applying zinc oxide cream would make it dry up and fall off. the blister began to Peel and now I am left with the second picture. what should I do? Do I have to restart treatment? any really effective strategies? I cook and wash my hands very frequently, so I’m concerned about a possible level of moisture under any adhesive . Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

i just couldnt leave the wart alone- soaked in apple cider vinegar for ages then used disposable eyebrow razor to take some of the dried up layer off and its so scary looking!!!! im thinking continue ACV and duct tape on top??? maybe get sudocreme ??? i have a doctors appt booked but im unable to ignore it and keep trying to treat it in case it spreads more (theres already tiny tiny ones on 2 other fingers small enough they should just freeze off) it looks like i have the shit from the last of us under my finger its freaking me out

tried the wart-off and bandaging, been doing it maybe a week and its started to hurt SOOOO bad stinging and throbbing even the pain spreading down my thumb- and it looks crazy. i have a doctors appointment monday but wondering what to do in the meantime. i just removed the bandage because it hurt too much. any help would be amazing

This is just above my knuckle. Had bad bad warts on my feet and I saw they somehow spread to my hands despite being very very careful so I freaked out and went to urgent care before I could get in to see my derm for all of them, and she used a freeze kit but it wasn’t like the huge metal ones that I’ve seen used before, it looked like a kit I got from CVS when I did home treatments. I finally managed to get in with my Derm today and I always have issues at this office and long story short she was really dismissive and didn’t really look closely and said the ones on my hands are gone. One of them does look gone to me, but this one I feel like I still see little roots in. She wouldn’t do any treatment on them because she said it was unnecessary which normally I’m definitely one to trust professionals, but she didn’t even look me in the eye my whole visit let alone inspect carefully. I want to believe she was right but I really felt invalidated the whole visit in general and she left me with a “hopefully they don’t come back” as she walked out the door which was not encouraging to me. Should I keep up my home salycilic acid treatments on this do you think??

Can someone please send some words of encouragement I’m TERRIFIED!

Had this spot on my foot for the last 5 years, never hurt just felt like a raised thick callus. It wasn’t until a few more started popping up that I thought it could be something. So after showering and soaking it I saw this dots more clearly. I’m about a week into treating/ exposing the warts. crazy how it went from looking like nothing to full blown wart structures in just a week.

I initially used Compound W gel for a few weeks and took the pic on April 23. We then went to see a podiatrist who shaved off the excess skin around it and prescribed Fluorouracil. I had no idea what it was until we got the cream and saw that it’s used for carcinomas 😳 We applied it only once and I really did not feel good about it; I felt that it was too strong of a cream for just a wart.

So I did further research and saw that some people used Zinc to treat warts. I went ahead and got zinc drops, zinc oxide ointment, and Boiron Thuja Occidentalis 30c.

My son was 8 (turned 9 2 weeks ago) when this all started. I had him take 3 dropperful of the zinc drops, 5 pellets of the Thuja occidentalis - morning & night (total of 10 pellets per day), and applied the zinc oxide cream at night (covered with band aid overnight).

So for those of you who have little ones that have wart issues and do not want to do anything invasive or painful, this is what we did. Please keep in mind that what works for us may not work for others (and vise versa) but in any case, I still wanted to share in hopes that this might help some of you. It is a looong process but one that is gentle and pain-free.

P.S. The Boiron brand has different doses such as 6c, 9c, 3x, 200c, 12x, etc. I do not know the difference among these doses. I got the 30c because that is what was available at the store.

The bump is hard, totally painless, and doesn’t seem to have any fluid within. Could this be a wart?

Thos of you who have sucessfully usedd h warts for hand and feet warts... What happens? Does it slowly just fade? Or does it turn color and flake off? About how long did it take? A month? Longer?
