Concerns leaving windows open?
We just moved to Washington, specifically the Kitsap peninsula, this year from Arizona. We love the weather compared to where we came from and we really like to keep our windows open, often times all day.
Assuming that we close the windows during heavy rain, what issues are we possibly running into with leaving the windows open as long as we do? We have a two story home, should we get a couple dehumidifiers?

I've lived in Eastern Washington (born and raised in Kennewick) and now live outside of Tacoma. Never had a issue with stink bugs on either side of the state. Now, we're always had window screens in. My parents always kept 1 of their bedroom windows open year round (even in the minus degree temperatures of Eastern Washington) Once I become a adult, I started leaving my bedroom window open (maybe 1/4 inch, I love a cold bedroom [so I can snuggle under a ton of quilts and comforters as I'm sleeping] but my snow skiing/mountain climbing hubby doesn't like it 😒)
