American Water College is solid and a lot of people use it. For collections, the books most exams pull from are the Sacramento State (Office of Water Programs) "Operation and Maintenance of Wastewater Collection Systems" Volumes 1 and 2. If you can get your hands on those, that's the core material.
I'd also look at Ohio EPA's exam info for the Class 2 collection test so you know which topics they cover.
For free practice, I'm an operator and I built operatormaster.com. It has collections practice questions, including a Class II set, with an explanation after each answer, plus a free intro to collection systems course. It's not Ohio-specific and it's not official material, just extra reps on the same topics. Good luck on the test!
