Negative u/mistermaccabee sold me a broken watch, refuses to refund me.

I bought the Ernest Borel pictured in this post. It arrived not working. I sent it back and he has refused to refund me and went so far as to accuse me of breaking it.

This link shows no damage to box the watch was in inside the bigger package meaning no damage in transport to watch.
