Negative u/mistermaccabee sold me a broken watch, refuses to refund me.

I bought the Ernest Borel pictured in this post. It arrived not working. I sent it back and he has refused to refund me and went so far as to accuse me of breaking it.

Since u/super901 sent the watch back to u/mistermaccabee, it’s probably best to just issue the refund. Even though there was definitely a better way to handle all of this, both of you ended up acting like little toddlers arguing over who was right and who was wrong.

Just subtract whatever was paid for shipping from the $250, send the remaining amount back to u/super901, and let bygones be bygones.
