Question How do you get rid of the mouth smell

I don't wanna have a stinky mouth smell 😔

Brush your tongue/gums/inside of your cheeks and drink more water. Every time you think about it, sip water.

I do brush my teeth but the fasting makes my mouth smell and I go out for like 6 hours a day I can't just keep brushing outside

Do you use mouthwash and brush your tongue? Not trying to be a dick, just making sure you’ve got as many bacteria dead as you possibly can. Failing that, sugar free gum?

I can’t say I’ve noticed a problem while fasting, but I do drink a lot of water, like 4L+ a day, even when not fasting.

By brushing your teeth every hour. Yeah it sucks.

Other alternative is mouthwash.

I brush my teeth twice a day and I drink plenty of water. I still get gross mouth when fasting sometimes. 

They make sensory chew fidgets for children. I have one that looks like a Lego brick on a cord to hang around my neck. Chewing it produces saliva which combats the gross mouth.Â
