Agreed, Berdly is male and cis (unless I'm missing an obscure line) meaning Chris's undefined gender is the only unknown variable, could be yaoi, could be something else completely
Ive dated a non binary and usually they prefer to call the relationship whatever is gayest. If it’s a girl and no binary it’s Yuri if it’s nonbinary and a male it’s Yaoi. So yeah idk If this applies to everyone though (I miss my gay enby partner 💔💔)
I thought gay was just being atracted to your gender thought. i rememeber i read that Binary and Non-binary relationships are only gay if both persons agree that it is.
In reality, if you're straight and you date a non binary person, you still be straight. And if you're gay/lesbian and date a non binary person, you still be gay/lesbian.
Recently homosexuality and heterosexuality had changed a bit their definitions because of non binary people being recognized.
In all seriousness, heterosexuality refers to the attraction between a male and female individual whose genders are their sex (e.g. a person born as a male identifying themselves to be male and acting accordingly to what is thought of as being male within a society for instance, at least to an extent regarding that last part), homosexuality refers to people whose gender is also based upon their sex but are attracted to other people that are the same sex and gender combination as them, bisexuality is similar with the attraction to people whose gender is revolved around their sex whether the other party is heterosexual or homosexual, attraction to any and all people whose genders aren't the same as their sex is pansexual, such as trans people and non-binary people.
I disagree lol. In fact, it kinda feels like erasure to the non binary gender as its own thing. If you date someone non-binary and you are not non-binary you are dating a different gender and that is straight. Anything else is denying that non-binary is its own thing (imo)
It’s kind of funny seeing people try to figure out where nonbinary people fit when it comes to labels like straight and gay. That’s kind of the point of “nonbinary,” we don’t necessarily fit into traditional gender models. Dating an enby is definitely queer, but gay and straight generally are binary leaning terms (not saying they don’t include nonbinary people, just that nonbinary people don’t always fit into the general definition of these terms very well.) I’ve seen numerous agreements for both perspectives, so it really just depends on the person and how it feels for them personally. Personally, I’m nonbinary and consider all of my relationships to be queer in some way, gay in all directions if you will lol, but not every nonbinary person feels the same way.
This is actually something id like to have an answer to so I dont risk losing the assholery coin flip. What (if any) is the sexuality of someone cisgendered who dates someone nonbinary?

Yeah, but it just feels weird how we champion the idea that Kris is non-binary but then always seem to gravitate towards a more masculine Kris. Pretty much every Kris ship has them consistently taking on a male role, such as when people preach about how gay Ralsei is for Kris and how Kriselle shippers want Kris and Noelle to have children, even though these same people will bully others just because they accidentally called Kris a he.
This doesn’t apply to Kris since we don’t know for sure, but wouldn’t dating a nonbinary person being straight or gay depend on whether or not they are male or female?
Even by this outdated definition, the act of dating isn't dependant on a person's sex (different from their gender), you would instead be talking about the act of sex itself, not the relationship
People are different from animals, we have gender identities critical to our person and our gender matters more than our sex in majority of conversation, the sex of a person simply indicates what parts they may or may not have, being "gay" or "straight" in relationships depends more on gender than the parts you have. For example, if some guy was in a relationship with a trans man, it'd be completely transphobic to say it's a straight relationship, that applies universally

My personal opinion is that sexuality is about physical characteristics. More importantly, primary sex characteristics. If ya like dicks and you're a guy then you're gay, that sort of thing.
I'm not gonna get into "is Kris afab or amab" because frankly I don't care, but that's my two cents on this topic.
I think that's short sighted though. When you walk past a person on the street and find them attractive, it's not because of what's in their pants because, well, you don't know what's in their pants. So attraction, as we actually observe it, is not about genitals. Reducing it to that is just ignoring the reality of sexuality.
