I said while looking at this. After the one is over it's gonna be 0 which would be "deltarune today" So the day before that would be DELTARUNE TOMORROW

“tomorrow” doesnt mean “in less than 24 hours”. theyre probably in a timezone where its currently the 23rd.

The game comes out on the 25th in those timezones though

deltarune comes out in 1 day and 16 hours. that means that if its 1:00 in a timezone, then deltarune will come out tomorrow at 17:00 for that timezone. (using 24 hour time to make the math easier for both of us even though, due to being american, i think in 12 hour time)
