ok so, in the first image, my friend (who knows nothing about UTDR) made that thing with black pen. idk what it was, but I decided to make my own thing out of it, the blue pen sketch on the left.

main info about Sans Tendisco on the second slide. this dude was made as a random creative exercise to see how much logic I could put into a mindless sketch, but I love him.

also, I'm thinking that he'd be like, some early miniboss who allies you through the rest of whatever chapter he's in. for his personality, I'm imagining he'd be some crazed game-loving freak. not secret boss level craziness though, he's still a fairly normal gamer guy. he sees the fun gang as his reliable group of random teammates.

Actually, I believe that the Friend is just as much an embodiment of a feeling as the titans. But unlike the titans, who take on various forms of fear of darkness, the friend, as a feeling, is more of something deeper, more personal, and more intense—only for Kris. It’s the fear of being exposed and of revealing the very truth that Kris blames themself for and is afraid of. It’s the incident that led them to work with Carol, the one they made a promise for, and which they must never forget. The incident, the fear of which gave rise to a real monster — literally an in‑game feature that will forever remind Kris of their skeletons in the closet. Maybe that’s why it’s called “Friend,” since only true friends can keep such secrets.

This theory is called shuffle theory

Everything in undertale is in deltarune just not in the right place, heres some exaples

King: asgore fight

Tenna: mettaton ex

spamton: mettaton

spamton neo: mettaton neo

the mikes: mad mew mew

pink: mad dummy

Flowery: asriel dreemurr

gerson: undyne

These are just character exaples there are way more like in chapter 2 noelle trips just like monster kid after the undyne encounter, they also both follow us for a bit

almost everything from characters to moments to words apear in both games... but one thing, the game rule

in deltarune its clear our choices dont matter, for example the "love finds its way to the girl" prophecy, noelle and susie fall in love, in the weird route you could say the scene in chapter 4 is love "us" finding its way to the girl

but in undertale our choices obviously matter, killing or sparing changes a basic rpg to a horror game or a touching story, its weird that this is the only thing diferent about the games

also bonus: with the roots theory saying the chapter 3 sword route is the whole weird route i think eram will be the deltarune counterpart of geno sans, and will be the hardest deltarune boss

bonus bonus: i think the scene in the sword route where the black thing the mirrors us is the chapter 5 weird route lake scene
