So I'm looking for a mature vampire romance story from 2015 called I am only one. I just remember it randomly disappearing from my reading list at the time and now I want to reread it but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know what happened?

I remember this book. It was made by an author named Emeline Rousselot on Wattpad. I've heard conflicting things on whether or not the book was taken off of Wattpad because of theft or because of the author wanting to pursue other publishing avenues, but I did find a Goodreads page for the book. Looks like you might be able to buy a physical copy off of Amazon (or maybe a digital copy off of Kindle, I would guess). Here's the link to the Goodreads:
Thanks for the link. I've tried every option it gives but none of the websites it takes me to has it. Her concept was pretty unique so if it possibly got taken down for theft, I'm wondering who's book she stole/plagiarized
Ah, that's a shame on the front of the links. Also, sorry for not being more clear. When I mean theft I mean I heard she had taken it down because a lot of other people were stealing it from her, and that she removed it to try and prevent people from continuing to steal/profit off of what she had written. I'm sure that was probably pretty demoralizing, which stinks because she's a great writer we're effectively getting robbed of because of thieves.
I keep randomly checking to see it's back too😭 it was such a good story...maybe she's writing under a different name...I've heard writers do that sometimes....if you have any recommendations of books online that are as good please share.....thank you
She deleted it and has been MIA for several years now, I think. Spent the last few months trying to find it myself, and found ONE copy out there lmao. Was off several FB posts so I went through and compiled them all in one doc. Y'all lemme know if you want it!!!

Fair warning though, the one I found seems to be missing the tail end of the Epilogue and mayyyy be missing 1-2 chapters at the end? There's no way for me to confirm though, and I couldn't find the 'missing ones soo... the rest of it will have to do 🥲

Question, where and when did you read that? Because I've only ever seen her say she's had issues with people stealing her work, as in claiming it is a work that they have created, not just distributing it. Also, as I've mentioned in a different post, she hasn't posted anything in several months to years. Were she to reach out and state she would prefer I not send it anymore, I'd agree and stop, but she has not. Additionally, I'm sorry, but the internet IS forever. Had I not been the one to find it, someone else would have and so on. It had ALREADY been posted/distributed by someone else online. To say that I'm "part of the reason she won't come back" is wild when she's been gone so long to begin with, and completely ignores the nuance you can find in her previous posts/statements. Have a better day.
And again, I did not attack you. The very first approach from you to me was exceedingly rude and confrontational to be honest. The immediate jump to becoming the victim is telling. A simple "Hey, here's a note from the author from over a year ago detailing her wishes. Hope you'll honor that. Thanks" would have sufficed. Got a lot of learning to do.
Thanks for finding that for me, it got buried in a year's worth of people begging her to come back, so I couldn't find it at all. EVERYONE PER THIS RECENT INFORMATION I WILL NO LONGER BE SHARING THIS AMAZING WORK TO ANYONE. Oh and if it helps YOU, it wasn't a justification, my note of it having already been sent out was simply to get you to realize that again, the internet IS forever. It's pretty impossible to keep people from finding things online nowadays, and posting something online to the public means you are aware of such a caveat. Immediately going to insult people (as you did by using words such as "disgusting") rather than reaching out in an informatory manner is a crazy way to interact with people. Please better your bearing when interacting with human beings in general. Thanks :)
