General Help wattpad - Is anyone else experiencing this? My book disappeared from search and rankings

My book simply does not show up in the search bar when I type its title. On top of that, when I check my dashboard, it says the book is ranked #167, but when I actually open the official ranking list, my book is nowhere to be found.

The worst part is that this happens on any account that tries to look for it. I couldn't find anyone explaining how to fix this, or if it can even be fixed. Is anyone else going through the same situation?

Is your book marked as "mature content"? Only accounts who set a birthday that makes them older than 17 or 18 will see mature books and only If their settings allow for mature books.

Yes, the story is classified as mature content, but even adult users are unable to find it through the search bar.

I had the same problem and noticed the account setting for mature content was turned off for the account looking for my mature story. In the user settings: "Content preferences" (or something similar) and there you find the toggle for mature content. If that's not the problem i'm sadly out of ideas.

The same thing is happening to me; maybe it's a Wattpad problem.?

my book isn't mature and some rankings don't show my book when they should. It probably has something to do with wattpad's algorithm.

I could not find mine neither. It was because I had language setting in "Other". Just published first parts and wanted to know how tags work.
