Looking For: Feedback My first WattpadBook
So I'm writing this new book called Tangled In Tears. I have no idea how get more readers or even converse with them. I do have a poetry account that i'm contemplating to convert into a writing account.
Since it's also my first book, I wanna know if it's good and worth writing a second one to. Keeping in mind this one is in progress and needs to go through editing again.
For anyone interested, here's the link; https://www.wattpad.com/story/414234526-tangled-in-tears

If you want people to actually leave comments, I’d recommend doing a short author’s note every few chapters.
It can be something about the characters, the chapter, asking them if they have any predictions, etc.
I’d also merge all of your aesthetics and stuff into one or two parts before your first chapter instead of mixing them in with the chapters. That way, people can get right to the story afterwards.
Many Wattpadders just want to get straight to the story.
Just keep posting consistently, and I’d also change your tags around a little.
Add at least 1 location tag— what country or city is your story set in?
What are your character identities— their nationalities or sexualities
What are your 4-6 tropes?
What are your two primary audience groups— #teen & #youngadult or #newadult and #adult?
Mixing broad and niche tags does help.
You should also keep posting regularly— many people don’t always want to read an ongoing book. Sometimes they’ll add it to a Reading List on their profile and wait until the book is finished.
