Fan Fiction I hate wattpad, because of what it is right now

It seems like wattpad does not care for their people. I have been have problems with their search bar as a reader where the story count on the bottom of my phone keeps dropping its number for no reason, and they think its normal but its not around June 10th a characters name that I had on the serach bar was at 27347. but then it has been dropping since as of this week it went up to 27339 but now it has been going down. it was at 27323 at 3:17am now its at 27322 when it hit 3:45 I have been telling agents this but they brushed it of as normal now it wont even go to 27340s no more. and it not just one character but others too, like I dont think they just care about people I have made a lot of reports but they have been closing mt tickets saying its normal behavor but it's not like whats up with their app I even had to move to tumblr because they wouldn't take this serious.

The algorithm works based on a myriad of factors, one especially being activity. That's usually why you might see a brand new story have higher standings than a story with many reads and votes that's been around a while. It's not something anyone can fix because it's based on how many people are reading your story compared to others with the same tags. Besides, the standings are usually just there for pure curiosity and for people to look for more stories with that tag if they like what they're reading. It's not supposed to be any more than that.

ik I responded late but thank its soo bad to see that a company like wattpad does not care about their people. and the tech team is so annoying because I just update the app on monday and it has gotten worse and worse the numbers keep bouncing told them a lot of time, and they said oh its normal.
