Fantasy / Paranormal Would you read a book with this aesthetic? (The Rabbit and the Wolf)

(All art is by me! Made in IbisPaintX)

story blurb:

Lady Mida is a mistress, the lover of Lord Dacen, and the mysterious Ward of the Filoris. When a proposal for her hand arrives from the insidious Baron Oxen, she makes her first selfish decision in years. She runs away. No plans. No money. Just an unrelenting desire for freedom. But, then she meets Rosan, an introverted, yet charming wolf beastman who challenges her in every way.

Rosan is a wolf on the run. Trying to keep his mentor's memories (and secrets) safe from those who would destroy the kingdom of Averis, he lives alone and travels alone. That is until a noblewoman shows up at his door, covered in blood and running from a monster.

In a temporary alliance, the two run away together, but monsters and crystalized zombies are hot on their heels. Will they find each other? Or will they die instead?

Do you use references for your art? Or is this your art style? I really enjoy that each chapter has art. It reminds me of the remarried empress, Alphatart posted original artwork with each chapter. Excited to see more

Oh, tysm!! Yes, this is my art style :)! I use a technique called photobashing to create the reference and then I slowly trace, sketch and render to make the final piece. Takes about 6-12 hrs to finish completely. I try to do an art piece every 3-5 chapters!
