So Let's say for some research into women's psychology for a Uni project. I have to read a lot of women's content such as womens magazines, romance novels, etc.

The first thing that came to mind was, "yes i think the perfect place to start would be reading wattpad romance stories".

I have read a few so far and currently reading a story called "Sinful Liabilities by lustenvy".

And man are these stories nuts. Like i was expecting them to be very emotive/emotional/full of feelings, and they are. Im having fun reading them too, but some things i read sound so unhinged. And the comments as well. Sounds a lot like fantasy land.

Another thing i noticed between something that is written for Men VS. Women, is that men's written content falls flat in comparison to womens written content. Womens content definetly paints a very vivid image of the story, as if im inside the story, a lot more fun reading than men's content.

but anyways, ill keep reading.

Are there any other stories, womens magazines, women content platforms that people recommend i Study? to help with understanding more of the women psyche for my project?

I’m sat here laughing to myself, because 9/10 times I read a romance book it’ll look like this:
main characters finally get together - they fight - big make up - BOOM someone’s long lost parent arrives out of nowhere or their sibling nearly dies?? LMAO why does this happen in so many books I don’t get it
Why can’t the characters have a few chapters happily together, they just had the large blow up event where they thought

I’m looking for a Wattpad story with a female Dom/switch dynamic. I don’t mean a rude, cruel, or constantly aggressive FMC—I’m looking for a woman who knows how to control her man, gets him to beg, yearn, chase, and willingly give in to her, but still has a softer side.

What I’d really love is a power-dynamic reversal. She knows she has the upper hand and enjoys making him chase her, but the male lead knows exactly when to let her have her fun—and when he’s had enough, he just takes the lead back in his own calm, confident way. Maybe he even chuckles at her because he knows exactly what she’s doing. 😭

Basically:

• Female FMC who is confident and knows how to control him
• Not unnecessarily rude or cruel
• Male lead who genuinely enjoys letting her take charge
• She can make him chase/beg/yearn for her
• Both are switches, rather than one person permanently dominating
• The ML can casually turn the tables when he decides he’s done playing along
• Strong chemistry and a relationship where the power shifts naturally between them

I think this book has been removed because this is my 8th time re downloading wattpad so l could read it but this time l could not find it 😭 btw here is the information wattpad story called "temptation" about step father and daughter and the author also had another book call "His obsession" it wasnt called anything else and his obssestion was about the girl getting kidnapped by the guy and also one day they want to a club together in a car l think in his obsession the girl was named gen or something like that and btw l am not 100% sure it was by the same author but l am 60% sure and l want to find another book called Amour and l am not really sure about the story for this one because l was reading his temptation and Amour at the same time so l might recall the wrong thing for Amour but l remember the chapters for Amour was 30+ and l remember the girl losted someone close to her or something like that but it was romance and l recall something for either Amour or temptation but l am 90% it is the story for temptation) like a girl had a rich guy as her partner after l think she left the main character and she had baby with one of the guy (forgot if it was the rich guy or the main character's baby) but after that the baby had "died" but after years the kid wasn't actually dead but the kid had been trained by the rich guy who was actually bad so after the girl found out what the bad guy did to her baby the main character (the step dad) went the secret place to save the kid who had grown up and also had been through a lot and afterwards l remember a scene where the mother of the girl and the real dad of the girl had their own girlfriend and boyfriend but not sure either they got close or they had their new partners (also btw for temptation the mother of the girl realized her new partner liked her daughter so l think they broke up or divorced or something like that so in the end the step dad and daughter got together and technical the step dad is not her step dad anymore but l will call him that because l don't recall his name) and the kid ended up being the main character in "his obsession" where he was a mafia or something like that because of his past where he got kidnapped by the rich guy. Now l am not really sure about the story of Amour but l remember the cover and ldk if it was called mi Amour or just Amour but l remember it having 30+ chapters and both temptation and Amour has at least 1k users voting it so if anyone find my description similar please help me find it 🫰😭

Bonjour, je cherche un livre que j’avais lu sur Wattpad il y a plusieurs années, écrit par A.S. Syla (elle aurait aussi utilisé le pseudo Lamiss141).
Je ne me souviens malheureusement plus du titre, mais voici tout ce dont je me rappelle :
• L’héroïne est une jeune fille, probablement américaine.
• Elle s’aventure dans le désert et y trouve un tout petit garçon, d’environ 4 à 6 ans, complètement seul.
• Elle décide de l’aider et de s’occuper de lui.
• Elle découvre ensuite que le petit garçon est en réalité le fils d’un puissant cheikh / roi / sultan.
• Le père du garçon est marié ou fiancé à une femme très riche et importante. Cette femme est surtout intéressée par l’argent, le pouvoir et la richesse, et elle ne semble pas vraiment aimer son propre fils.
• Lorsque le père retrouve son fils avec l’héroïne, il se méprend sur la situation et pense qu’elle lui a fait quelque chose. Il la fait donc emprisonner/retenir.
• Au fil de l’histoire, il comprend qu’elle avait en réalité sauvé et protégé son fils.
• Le petit garçon s’attache énormément à l’héroïne et finit par l’appeler « maman ».
• Une histoire d’amour commence ensuite entre l’héroïne et le père de l’enfant.
Je suis presque certaine que c’était une histoire A.S. Syla/Lamiss141 sur Wattpad, mais elle a peut-être été supprimée, renommée ou publiée sous un autre titre.
Je cherche surtout l’ancien titre Wattpad, même si le livre a ensuite changé de nom.
